Each and every day may require special attention to help you find your way back onto the road of recovery. One of the best ways to do this is to integrate more structure into your day. You might consider sitting down at the start of the day, for example, and planning out what you will accomplish. Journaling is another great way to steer back onto the road of recovery. Journaling can help you to express your feelings on a daily basis and reorient yourself to your goals.
